The Club's facilities are available for use by members wanting to hold a private function. We are able to cater for the smallest of groups to numbers of 300-400 depending on requirements and type of function.



The function areas are all outside venues either under the coconut palms and party lights or around the lovely gazebo area both right at the waters edge.
A function fee does apply. Please contact the Club Manager for more information
ENTERTAINMENT:
Normally left to the member to organise and advise the Club accordingly. We have no objections to Bands, Juke Boxes or D.J.'s, however the music must be kept to a reasonable volume level. A stage is also available. Strip shows or indecent acts are not permitted.
LIQUOR: Beverages are charged at current club bar prices.
DEPOSIT: CANCELLATION POLICY: It is highly recommended that an appointment be made to discuss your individual requirements for your function or if you have any further queries regarding the facilities the Darwin Ski Club has to offer. MENU:
Function menus are available upon request and catering is arranged with the Darwin Ski Club kitchen who operate the Club Bistro. They are able to cater for anything from Children's Birthday Parties, to ‘Cocktail' parties, formal Dinners and Weddings. Please refer to the Bistro tab from the home page for function menus, specials and contact details.
A function reservation deposit of $100.00 will be required to hold a function area.
Should it be necessary for a function booking to be cancelled after a deposit has been paid the deposit will be forfeited unless the venue and date can be resold. A cancellation/booking fee of $10.00 is charged when a deposit is refunded.
